Wellzoom E Extruder
This extruder features a 304 stainless‑steel core including a large‑capacity hopper and custom high‑speed screw, fitted with dual‑temperature control accurate to ±1 °C, suitable for laboratory experiments and continuous small‑batch production.
Water-Cooling Tractor
This traction unit adopts stepping motor for stable traction, stepless speed control and on‑line diameter measurement. Built‑in meter counter enables length measurement to control per‑reel weight — ideal for mass production.
Dual-Axis Auto Winder
This winder automatically matches extrusion speed. Its dual‑axis design allows reel changes without production stoppage. The arranging mechanism ensures orderly winding, with an adjustable range to accommodate various reel sizes.

Extrusion speed up to 8000 mm/min (1.75 mm diameter). Approximately 1 kg of PLA in 45 minutes.
Dual‑Independent Temperature Zones
Accurate to ±1 °C, the preheat zone is dedicated to material melting while the extrusion zone precisely regulates extrusion temperature to better meet composite material processing requirements.
304 Stainless Steel Core
Feeding hopper, screw, barrel and extrusion nozzle all made of 304 stainless steel. Good corrosion resistance, meets food/medical material extrusion requirements.
On-Line Auxiliary Measurement
Original on-line auxiliary measurement function enables precise wire diameter control with a low-cost detection method, ensuring consistent filament quality.
Dual-Axis Non-Stop Winding
Twin-shaft winding machine allows reel replacement without interrupting normal machining — critical for continuous production runs.
Built-In Meter Counter
